Better Together: Community Clinics
Transforming Neighborhoods and Healthcare Professionals
Join friends and alumni of Rutgers University as we explore three life-changing community healthcare centers:
- The Student Family Healthcare Clinic (SFHCC) at New Jersey Medical School
- The Homeless and Indigent Population Health Outreach Project (HIPHOP) at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School
- The H.O.P.E. Clinic at Rutgers School of Health Professions
Learn more about the dynamic initiatives these clinics are launching to provide quality healthcare and experiential learning where they’re needed most.
Community clinics make a positive difference for everyone—patients, care providers, even students in health professions. Experiential learning opportunities at community clinics are crucial to meeting needs where issues of healthcare equity and access persist.
Discover how you can play a role and provide much-needed support—including writing a notecard for a current student, preparing a wellness package, and other ways of giving back. Program includes brief presentations, service-in-action tables, and a light reception.
Hosted by the Rutgers University Alumni Association, in partnership with New Jersey Medical School, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and the School of Health Professions.
