Rutgers Voices in Leadership Reception – New Brunswick
The Rutgers Voices in Leadership initiative celebrates the influence and impact of our alumni, representing a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, on industry and their local communities. These receptions bring together professionals across industries to connect, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships rooted in common interests.
Guided by the theme "The New Era of Leadership: Millennials Shifting the Landscape with Authenticity and Innovation," this conversation will explore embracing your authentic voice, leveraging cultural perspectives, and adopting creative thinking to create lasting impact. Through personal stories and experiences and forward-thinking approaches, panelists will share how embracing identity, cultivating connection, and challenging the status quo yields progress.
