Rutgers Gardens

Rutgers Gardens is part of the Rutgers University School of Environmental and Biological Sciences. We engage the community as a botanic garden with both curated and natural spaces, in addition to functioning as a robust research and experiential learning site for Rutgers students, faculty, and staff.

Rutgers Gardens organizes volunteer outings during weekday seasonal operating hours in our display gardens and natural areas, on the Helyar Woods trails, and in the fields of the Rutgers Gardens Student Farm.
