At the BOLD Center, we design programs that support students in career exploration, leadership development, and personal growth. One of our signature initiatives, the Reilly BOLD Externship Program, invites professionals like you to serve as site mentors—hosting students for a 1–2-week job shadowing experience during university breaks. It’s a meaningful way to offer students a real-world “day in the life” perspective of your role and industry.

What does an externship look like?

Externships can be in-person, remote, or hybrid, and typically include:

• Facility tours
• Observing meetings and connecting with your team
• Small project-based work (e.g., research, communications, social media, data entry)
• One-on-one mentorship and career conversations
