Rutgers Tree Planting Festival

On April 18th, join the Rutgers Urban Forestry Program for the Rutgers Tree Planting Festival to help plant 3,000 trees in the footprint of an abandoned roadway that was removed last year. This will be the first Miyawaki Forest on the Rutgers University campus.

Come build community by collectively contributing to the environment, while receiving first-hand experience in tree planting! There will be music, food, and art (activity hosted by Scarlet Art RX). 

This event is open to all members of the Rutgers community and the public.
