Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR) Mentorship Program

The SMLR Mentorship Program is designed to help connect SMLR students with alumni mentors who are professionals in Human Resources, Labor Relations, and related fields. Mentors share industry knowledge, foster the development and enhancement of career readiness skills, and promote the building of mentee professional networks.
Mentors must be graduates of Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations.
