PRIDE IN ACTION: Protecting Rights, Empowering Voices

In celebration of Pride Month, AADC Pride Network Chair Winifred Quinn '86 welcomes all alumnae to this important upcoming virtual program, "PRIDE IN ACTION: Protecting Rights, Empowering Voices." During our virtual program, Our dynamic speaker and Rutgers Law School Professor, Leonore F. Carpenter will take us through pressing legal and social protections needed for the LGBTQ+ community today. We will explore current challenges, including anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, healthcare access, workplace protections, and a safe community. We plan to discuss the importance of advocacy and share actionable steps for engagement to support and amplify LGBTQ+ voices in meaningful, informed ways.
