Mary L. Baglivo is one of the highest placed women in the U.S. communications industry. As CEO and chair of Saatchi & Saatchi Americas, she leads the largest division of the company's worldwide network of integrated marketing agencies. Respected for her ability to help clients develop innovative and strategic brand concepts, Baglivo's prowess extends to such major accounts as P&G, Novartis, JCPenney, and Wendy's. Baglivo also sits on the Worldwide Executive Board and serves as CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi New York, the company's largest agency. Her forward-thinking approaches that reach beyond traditional marketing have earned her numerous accolades, including a deserved spot in American Advertising Federation's Hall of Achievement. Baglivo previously served as executive vice president and COO at J. Walter Thompson, where she oversaw ad campaigns that spanned 67 countries and 10 major brands. Baglivo also was CEO of Euro RSCG Tatham in Chicago, where she helped to reinvent the agency that represented Wal-Mart, among other major clients. Loyal to her Rutgers roots, Baglivo sits on the Rutgers University Foundation Board of Overseers, serving as chair of The Rutgers Fund.
